We are very excited because…we have more pictures for you!
Hi again everyone. As you know, there could only be one winner in this competition… that is what the general rules said, and so it has been. But it is true that during the different phases of the evaluation we realized that there were many interesting pictures that could have won.
So, until we release the competition’s digital magazine, and after choosing only one winner among loats and loats of pictures, we have selected nine more photographs, which we truely think deserve our recognition and a general applause. These 9 pictures will also feature in the abouvementionetd magazine.
As we promised, here you will find the 2nd and 3rd position, and other pictures recognised with special mentions, due to their quality and their straight relations with the competition’s theme.
The 2nd place is for the picture GUANDULES by Javier Arcenillas. It was taken in Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic).
The 3rd place is for the picture THE RHIZOME by Afshin Koupaei. It was taken in Accra (Ghana).
